Commencing Jan1st 2019 - FUSF will no longer be charged for non-exempt customers, but instead we will collect a Carrier Cost Recovery Fee (CCRF). This will impact Call Details Records (CDRs) as we have now added a column (CCRF) to the CDR. Please contact support@flowroute.com if you have any questions or concerns.
