Investigating - Our messaging peer is investigating message latency Mobile originated /Mobile terminated across Landline and Toll Free phone numbers

They are observing further latency in inbound and outbound messages over the platform. Both MO and MT messages will be queued until the issue is resolved. We will provide an update as soon as more information is gathered.

Resolved - SMS, MMS and delivery receipts are now completing without delay to all carriers. We will continue to monitor for any issues.

Investigating - Our Messaging peer is investigating issues with latency on the platform. They are seeing latency on MT (Outbound ) messages to AT&T, T-Mobile, and international destinations from Toll Free, and delays on MT (Outbound) messages from Landline numbers to multiple destination carriers.
