During this time phone support will be unavailable and all noncritical tickets and port orders will be picked up early on Monday December 2nd.

Zipwhip will be performing emergency maintenance affecting Back-End Messaging Infrastructure on 11/26/2019. During the maintenance window, MO, MT, and DLR traffic received by Zipwhip will be queued and delivered once the maintenance period is over.

Scheduled - IRISTEL built a new voice circuit OC3 with TELUS in Calgary AB and is gradually migrate the voice traffic from the current OC3 to the new OC3 in a different datacenter in Calgary.

We are expecting the short service interruption up to 1 or 5 minutes for the existing and new calls with TELUS during those maintenance windows.
